François CATHELINEAU
GIVAUDAN

François CATHELINEAU developed his Customs and Trade policies expertise for more than 20 years in several international-wide groups (Renault, HP, Rhodia Solvay).

Since October 2021, he assumes two positions in the Givaudan Group: in the audit and internal Global Trade process control program of the group he develops and controls the internal Global Customs audit plan and oversees both action plans; he develops and manages a coherent framework for procedures and controls; lastly, in this respect, he takes care of the Customs audit updates. But he is also the Group’s insurance manager: he monitors every Worldwide insurance program of Givaudan, from the programs’ structure to their accomplishment.

He oversees the dialogue with the external partners' network for insurance issues (brokers, insurers, etc). He also supervises the risk management activities for the entire group.

These two positions are different on paper but his supply chain and operational experience in Customs helps him to target the right practices and key contacts internally for insurance issues.
