Catherine AMANDIO

As Expert in Customs Law, Catherine AMANDIO joined ODASCE in 1998 and is now Deputy Delegate.
In charge of the Association’s regulatory monitoring and hotline, she also instructs inter and intra companies about Customs Law, intra-EU exchanges and Customs IT Systems. She is always on standby to instruct and inform companies about law evolution in trade. She represents the Associations in various situation and speaks for the member’s preoccupations in several administration work groups such as the DGDDI.
Xavier PASCUAL

Xavier PASCUAL is Deputy Delegate for strategy in Customs and Indirect Taxes. Since 1997, he has been in charge of several executive boards for Customs legislations as well as for analysing activity and efficiency. He also managed several services in the Customs branch of Roissy-fret (e.g. handling consignments, express fret customs clearance) and he was Deputy for the Regional Head of Customs for Roissy-Travellers. From 2018 to 2020 he was head of cabinet for the DG and he then joined the strategic delegation as Head of E-commerce project before becoming Deputy Delegate of Strategy in 2021.

DR. Jan THALER

After graduating from his law studies in Gießen, Nottingham, and Hamburg, Dr. Jan Thaler started his career at the German Customs Administration in 2005. After working in various positions, he took the position of Project Manager for the GermanCustoms IT-System „ATLAS“ in 2008. In 2012, he switched positions and became Deputy Head of the Main Customs Office in Hamburg and also Head of Tax Collection, specializing in Customs Law and Excise Law. In 2019, he took the position of Deputy Head of Import Procedures at the General Customs Directorate in Hamburg and again became Project Manager for the German Customs IT-System„ATLAS“, his main focus being the IT implementation of the UCC in Germany. Dr. Thaler is an EFA-Board Member since 2018.
Sophie CLAESSENS

Sophie CLASSENS intégra l’équipe responsable des règles et procédures publiques européennes d’Amazon en 2018 et elle mène à bien les engagements d’Amazon sur les politiques de TVA, de taxation, de douane et de paiements au niveau des institutions de l’UE. Auparavant, elle a travaillé plus de 18 ans en tant que conseillère des affaires d’impôt indirect à PwC, en se focalisant particulièrement sur la téléphonie, la distribution, le ecommerce et plus généralement aux entreprises digitales.
Allison SOUANEF
VESTIAIRE COLLECTIF
Responsable fiscale du groupe Vestiaire Collective, licorne française et plateforme e-commerce pour les produits de luxe de seconde main depuis novembre 2021, Allison Souanef a précédemment exercé les fonctions de Senior Tax Manager chez EDF et General Electric avec une forte composante fiscalité internationale et TVA. Avant cela, elle a passé 3 années au sein du cabinet EY, notamment en prix de transfert et fiscalité internationale. Allison a aujourd'hui en charge le traitement et la structuration Douanes/TVA des flux internationaux du groupe Vestiaire, avec la particularité d'avoir une très forte part de flux CtoC
